 Our Day-of-Coordination package includes:

• Initial complimentary consultation and support via phone, email, and/or texting.

• 2 planning meetings 4 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date to understand your wedding vision and discuss wedding day logistics.

• Coordinate a planning meeting with your venue vendor and walk-through of venue prior to your wedding day.

• Develop and manage your day-of-wedding timeline.

• Create the itinerary/order of events for ceremony and reception.

• Confirm all wedding day vendors prior to your wedding date and serve as vendor point of contact.

• Attend and oversee your wedding rehearsal.

• On the day of your wedding, manage and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly.
