Either way, we will work with you in handling all the details from our initial consultation to the day of wedding management. Depending on your time frame, our partnership can begin anywhere from a year to three months before your wedding.

 Full Service Planning typically includes:

• Initial complimentary consultation and support via phone, email and/or text.

• Monthly planning meetings either in person or by phone.

• Develop and manage a planning checklist with periodic updates.

• Event styling which includes our recommendations and guidance for your wedding design board, theme, floral options, and color palette that reflects your personal taste and overall event vision.

• Provide budget guidance and track expenses.

• Research and recommend venue locations and wedding vendors.

• Invitation and guest RSVP management.

• Facilitate hotel room blocks for out of town guests when needed.

• Assist with wedding stationary selections which include save-the-dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, and place cards.

• Develop and manage your day-of-wedding timeline.

• Create the itinerary/order of events for ceremony and reception.

• Confirm all wedding day vendors prior to your wedding day.

• Attend and oversee your wedding rehearsal.
